Welcome to the forum.  The Festival series is very confusing.  Washburn sometimes made changes and kept the model name or number the same.  They also used the same model name with different model...

Most likely 1994 production.As for MIJ/MIK, is there a label on the inside that says "Made in....."? It would not be USA made...but, then, you knew that.Cool paint job!Cheers!Dugly
